Hello and Welcome to 2019!

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year.

Here at The Little Craft Mouse I can’t wait to get going in this fresh New Year.

New Bullet Journal

I have already started a brand new bullet journal and you can see how I set it up here in my Plan With Me January 2019 video.

There are also some Bullet Journal Tip Videos coming soon if you are interested in starting your own Bullet Journal.

I will be making myself a new notebook bookmark for my new bullet journal to keep my pens safe when I decide what fabric to use, but until then I am using my old one.

Plans for 2019

Briefly looking back at 2018, I had a realisation that I am ‘The Little Craft Mouse’ and NOT ‘The Little Crochet Mouse’

I’m excited at the prospect of producing some great new craft projects that you can join with me and ‘Get Creative & Learn a New Craft’ or just learn a new craft skill, be it painting, crochet or sewing.

You can access this FREE Wintry Window Watercolour Painting Project if you fancy trying some watercolour painting.

2018 Temperature Chart

Now we are into 2019 all the mean temperatures of the UK have been recorded and I have created a Temperature Chart for 2018 which is available in the Members Area with all the others dating back to 1896. You can make a Temperature Blanket or Scarf for last year or for someone specials birth year.

What is a Temperature Blanket?
Each row you knit, sew or crochet is made up of a colour that represents the temperature of that day using this temperature gauge as a guide to the colour to use. For example if it was 21oC then you would do a row in red or if it was 3oC then you would do a row in a light blue.
