Ss into a circle and work in a round.

Rnd 2: 1 dc, 2 dc, 1 dc, 2 dc, 1 dc, 2 dc, 1 dc, 2 dc, 1 dc, 2 dc, 1 dc, 2 dc (18 sts).
Rnd 3 – 6:
1 dc in each st (18 sts).
Rnd 7: 1 dc2tog, 1 dc, 1 dc2tog, 1 dc, 1 dc2tog, 1 dc, 1 dc2tog, 1 dc, 1 dc2tog, 1 dc, 1 dc2tog, 1 dc (12 sts).
Rnd 8: 1 dc2tog, 1 dc, 1 dc2tog, 1 dc, 1 dc2tog, 1 dc, 1 dc2tog, 1 dc (8 sts).
Rnd 9: 1 dc2tog, 1 dc, 1 dc2tog, 1 dc, 1 dc2tog (5 sts). Stuff with toy stuffing.
Rnd 10: 2 dc inc each st (10 sts).
Rnd 11: 2 dc inc each st. SS cast off. (20 sts).

Finishing

Sew the end of the fish tail flat and sew an eye with a dark piece of left over wool.
